In line with these commitments, the Corporate University “Campus Monte del Pilar” since 2016, has an energy management system, according to the criteria established by the UNE-EN ISO 50001, which promotes the responsible use and management of energy, betting on energy saving and efficiency as instruments to contribute to a low carbon economy.
Among these actions, the most important are the replacement of conventional lighting fixtures with LEDs, with an estimated saving of 50-60% in electric consumption, and the generation of hot water through a solar panel system consisting of 24 panels installed on the roofs of the building.
